Code of Conduct

Last updated: 12 January 2026

Anti-harassment policy

Invollv Labs is committed to providing a harassment-free environment for everyone, regardless of gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, ethnicity, religion, age, or political beliefs.

Inclusive language

We expect all students, mentors and staff to use inclusive language in classes, written work, online channels and in the lab.

Reporting

If you experience or witness any behaviour that violates this code, please report it confidentially to conduct@invollv.com. All reports are taken seriously and reviewed promptly.

Gender equity commitment

We are committed to a target of at least 40% women enrolled in every cohort. We actively prioritise gender balance and access for under-represented groups.

Safety standards

The Invollv Labs lab and digital spaces are maintained as safe environments. Inappropriate behaviour, harassment, or unsafe practices result in immediate review and possible removal.

Continued learning

We update this code regularly with student input. Suggestions are welcomed at conduct@invollv.com.
